How It WorksThe SUBWAY ® eating experience is now even fresher! When you plug into the new, customized SUBWAY® Radio, it will fill your restaurant with current and classic hits specially selected for your customers to enjoy while they get their fill of delicious SUBWAY® sandwiches. Music streams are updated daily to keep your store’s ambiance as fresh as the food. Making the idea of coming back often sound great! SUBWAY ® Radio offers three options to bring great music into your restaurant, with different hardware and delivery options to meet your needs: STEP 1: If you currently have SUBWAY® TV - select the WHITE OPTION STEP 2: If not - select the GREEN OPTION for streaming radio, or the YELLOW OPTION for hosted radio. STEP 3: Once you've selected your option, click the "Order Now" button beneath it to access the product page and place your order. STEP 4: During the checkout process, you will be required to enter in your Store Number, Market Number, and the SUBWAY® Radio Station of your choice. More information may be requested based on the option you choose. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is complete.
STEP 5: Install and Play! Visit our Support Center page for installation instructions once you receive your player. The player connects to the stereo receiver or amplifier of your speaker system. What's the Difference?Each option is color coded for your convenience. The Green and Yellow options each come with a hardware music player that is shipped to your store location(s). The Green option is a internet streaming music player. The Green option is better suited for restaurants with good internet connections, or that want greater flexibility and the ability to change music stations. The Yellow option is a locally hosted music player that only requires an internet connection after-hours to perform updates and new music downloads. The Yellow option is better suited for restaurants with poor internet connections. The Yellow (or Hosted) option does have a on-line tool that allows for station changes and music scheduling tools. The White option is for franchisees already using SUBWAY ® TV, the music streaming service can be 'added-on' to your SUBWAY® TV package for only $15 per month and no additional hardware cost.
